The YWC series 15ppm Bilge Water Separator (also known as 15ppm Marine Oil-Water Separator) is an environmental protection product developed and designed in accordance with the requirements of International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 107(49) regulations, with an effluent oil content ≤15ppm. This device belongs to high-end technical products for marine environmental protection, and can effectively treat bilge water containing various fuel oils, extremely dense residual fuel oil and emulsion mixtures configured with iron oxide, surfactants and other substances on ships.
The YWC series 15ppm Bilge Water Separator (also known as 15ppm Marine Oil-Water Separator) has a treatment capacity ranging from 0.25 cubic meters per hour to 5 cubic meters per hour, with a total of nine specifications and models. The smallest YWC-0.25 can be installed on ships under 1000 tons, while the largest YWC-5.00 can be installed on large ships over 300,000 tons. In addition to being suitable for treating ship bilge oil wastewater, it can also be used for oil wastewater treatment in ports, wharves, industrial and mining enterprises, and its discharge standards fully meet the relevant requirements of China's environmental protection departments.
The YWC series 15ppm Bilge Water Separator has obtained 2 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. It obtained the Type Approval Certificate from China Classification Society and the IMO approval notice in July 2007, passed the Type Approval from Germanischer Lloyd (GL) in January 2009 and obtained the MED certificate. At the same time, certificates from classification societies such as ABS, DNV, BV, RS can also be provided.
The 15ppm Bilge Water Separator approved by GL-EC uses internationally renowned brand main components, among which the electrical control cabinet components are provided by Schneider, the 15ppm bilge water alarm device is provided by German DECKMA, and the screw pump is provided by British Mono Pumps.
