Purpose:

This resin is a reinforcing agent for natural rubber and various synthetic adhesives such as butadiene styrene, nitrile, chloroprene, butyl, and EPDM rubber. This resin has good plasticity during processing, which is beneficial for the dispersion of fillers.

It acts as a plasticizer before vulcanization, and after vulcanization, it can improve the hardness, tear resistance, wear resistance, strength, and elongation of the rubber material. It also slightly reduces the elongation of the rubber material, prolongs the burning time, and reduces the Mooney viscosity of the rubber material. Can be used to manufacture tires, heels, soles, conveyor belts, etc.

Application guide: The reference dosage of this resin is 8-40 parts, and 7-10% hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) relative to the resin content is added as a methylene donor for crosslinking reaction. In order to prevent coking during the rubber mixing process,

Resin needs to be added in the early stage, while HMT should be added together with accelerator and sulfur during the final refining stage of rubber mixing.

Packaging: Packaged in kraft paper composite bags lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per generation.

Storage: Store indoors, dry and ventilated, heat-resistant and fire-resistant, with a storage period of one year. Beyond the storage period, those that have passed inspection can still be used.
