The company headquarters is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park, Yueyanglou District, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. It is adjacent to the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway to the east and close to the Chenglingji Port of the Yangtze River to the west, making transportation very convenient. The company operates three production bases, covering a total area of over 20 acres. It has three production plants, two offices, and two project departments. The company currently employs 16 professional technicians, including five senior engineers.

The company's main products are inorganic polymer flocculants of the polyaluminum salt series and polyferric salt series, which are widely used in industrial wastewater treatment (such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, chemical, metallurgy, fermentation, tobacco, and food processing), urban sewage treatment, and drinking water purification. The products are sold in 15 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across China and are also exported overseas. The company has accumulated extensive experience in the contracted operation of industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment plants.
