Main Uses

Pharmaceutical Intermediate: It is a key raw material for the synthesis of the drug fenofibrate. It can also serve as an impurity reference standard for cetirizine and is widely used in the synthesis of various other drugs.

Pesticide Intermediate: It plays an important role in pesticide synthesis and can be used to prepare pesticide formulations with insecticidal, fungicidal, and herbicidal activities.
