Shandong Linkage Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. was established in June 2018, jointly registered and operated by Chengdu Haishen Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. (holding 80.66%) and Shanghai Linkage Medicine Technology Co., Ltd. (holding 19.34%). It is a technology-based manufacturing enterprise primarily engaged in the production, research and development, and import-export of lithium battery electrolyte materials, pesticide formulations, and chemical intermediates. The company is located in the Green Chemical Industrial Park of Binhai District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, with convenient transportation. It covers an area of 284 acres and has a planned total investment of 2.6 billion yuan.

The company has gathered a large number of senior professionals in the chemical industry, equipped with first-class domestic production facilities, and adopts advanced production processes and scientific management models.

The first phase, stage one of Shandong Linkage focuses on products in the new energy sector, such as electrolyte additives for power batteries and energy storage batteries. It has currently completed trial production of lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (LiFSI), which offers higher thermal stability and better conductivity than lithium hexafluorophosphate. It is the best alternative to address the shortcomings of lithium hexafluorophosphate and aligns with future trends in electrolyte development.

The first phase, stage two product is sulfuryl fluoride, which can be used as a primary raw material for LiFSI and can also be directly sold and used as a pesticide fumigant.

The second phase includes plans for new materials (5G, PI photoresist monomers) and pharmaceutical active ingredients and intermediates (CDMO, CMC), among others.
