The production base of Changshu Hongde Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is constructed in compliance with the requirements for dual reporting in China and the United States, featuring complete GMP R&D and production capabilities. The base is equipped with a Class D clean area, purified water systems, compressed air and nitrogen systems, and production equipment integrated with a DCS control system. The facility houses a total of 120 reactors ranging from 50L to 8000L (with a total volume of 180m3), including cryogenic reactors, hydrogenation reactors, high-temperature reactors, and others. Post-processing equipment includes vertical/horizontal knife centrifuges, single/double cone dryers, filter-dryer-washer three-in-one systems, plate dryers, crushers, and more. The diverse equipment supports project production. Additionally, the company owns a larger 200-acre production base in Lanzhou, with a daily production capacity of approximately 10 tons. This base can simultaneously accommodate 30 intermediate and API projects, enabling R&D and production from kilogram to ton scale.
