Ulanqab Kema New Material Co., Ltd is located in the Mengwei New Material Industrial Park, Qahar Right Rear Banner. It was registered on June 9, 2017 with a registered capital of 50 million Yuan. The company has started a production line project with an annual output of 3,000 tons of N-Vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) and 1,500 tons of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP: K30.K90).
The project started in March 2018, and the trial run was put into operation the same year on December 26. In March 2019, the N-vinylpyrrolidone monomer was produced and placed on the market. At the end of the year, the Polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 products were produced with quality reached industrial grade. Some of them reached the European standard pharmaceutical grade, and it is being tested by users as well as professional testing institutions such as SGS. PVP K90 products are now in test production. The project currently has a completed fixed asset investment of approximately 110 million Yuan. The company now has 127 employees. Among them, undergraduate degree and intermediate professional title or above accounted for 10%, college degree or above accounted for 60%, and technical secondary school degree or above accounted for 80%.
