Rights and Obligations of CMA Qualification Certification Applicants

(I) In accordance with the "Administrative Licensing Law" and other regulations, applicants enjoy the following rights:

1. If statutory conditions and standards are met, applicants have the equal right to obtain administrative licenses in accordance with the law, and administrative organs shall not discriminate.

2. Applicants have the right to request explanations and clarifications regarding the content of administrative licensing announcements made by administrative organs.

3. Applicants have the right to present their case and defend themselves in the process of administrative licensing implemented by administrative organs.

4. Applicants have the right to access decisions made by administrative organs approving administrative licenses.

5. Applicants have the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or initiate administrative litigation in accordance with the law regarding the implementation of administrative licensing by administrative organs.

6. If an applicant's legitimate rights and interests are harmed due to illegal implementation of administrative licensing by administrative organs, they have the right to claim compensation in accordance with the law.

7. If applicants discover illegal activities related to licensed matters, they have the right to report to administrative organs.

(II) In accordance with the "Administrative Licensing Law" and other regulations, applicants have the following obligations:

1. When applying for administrative licensing, applicants shall truthfully submit relevant materials and reflect the actual situation to administrative organs, and shall be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of their application materials.

2. After obtaining a license, applicants are obligated to accept inspections by administrative organs and shall provide relevant information and materials truthfully.
