The YCCG-3 magnetic steel is installed on the inner side of the railway track using a rail clamp, and it magnetically senses important data such as train arrival, speed, and total axle count. The sensor is a passive magnetic steel, featuring a stable and reliable structure, unaffected by ambient temperature and climate changes, and can be combined for use as needed. The YCCG-3 magnetic steel is manufactured using new patented technology, incorporating active interference control technology, providing moisture resistance, oil resistance, strong impact and vibration resistance, strong electric field interference resistance, and excellent lightning protection functionality, making it suitable for railway lines under any environmental conditions.

The YCCG-3 magnetic steel surpasses the performance of all passive magnetic steels currently used by the railway bureaus under the Ministry of Railways in China and is compatible with various host devices.

Test Indicators:

1.Online static noise: 20mV (millivolt meter test value)

2.Output amplitude changes smoothly, without the defect of high output at high train speeds and low output at low speeds.

3.Output amplitude is a standard sine wave.

4.Simple installation; after installation according to the red regulations, no adjustment of the installation position is needed, nor any adjustment of host parameters.

5.Design meets train operating speeds: 5 km/h to 360 km/h.

Usage Instructions:

1.DC resistance is 1300Ω ±10%.

2.Output terminals: brown is positive, blue is negative. Please ensure the output cable ends are sealed and insulated with insulating tape.

3.Installation position is 37+5 mm above the top of the magnetic head (for main lines with higher speeds, it can be between 39-42 mm; for sections with slower speeds, it can be between 37-39 mm).

4.The magnetic steel is manufactured with strict processes and high-quality materials, ensuring consistency. No special selection is needed during use, nor any adjustment of the host magnetic board threshold resistance.
