Unparalleled Wavelength Range: 350 ~ 5500 nm

This covers from ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared, mid-infrared, all the way to the edge of far-infrared.

It combines the visible light capability of the AQ6374 and the ultra-wide mid-infrared capability of the AQ6377 into one, achieving "one machine for all." You can use the same device to measure a visible LED, a communication-band DFB laser, and a mid-infrared quantum cascade laser.

Extremely High Wavelength Accuracy

Like other models in the series, it features a built-in helium-neon (He-Ne) gas absorption cell as an absolute wavelength reference.

Across the entire vast measurement range, it provides an extremely high wavelength accuracy of ±0.5 nm (typically ±0.005 nm at 1550 nm). Maintaining this accuracy over such a wide range is a very difficult technological achievement.

Excellent Dynamic Range and Sensitivity

Utilizing a high-precision monochromator structure and optimized detectors, it achieves a dynamic range of up to 78 dB and a sensitivity of -90 dBm.

This means it can measure both strong laser signals and detect extremely weak amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise, which is crucial for accurately measuring optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) and laser side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR).
