I. RFID Unmanned Weighing System Introduction:

The unmanned weighing system utilizes IoT technology and mainly includes: video surveillance system, intercom system, printing system, LED large screen display system, infrared beam system, vehicle queuing management system, anti-fraud system, RFID automatic identification system, database server, etc.

II. Unmanned Weighing System Design

1. All transport vehicles must first go to the vehicle queuing management station for queue sorting before entering the facility. Only vehicles that have been queued can enter the enterprise.

2. After queuing, transport vehicles proceed to the sampling platform for sampling. During sampling, the system checks whether the vehicle has cut in line; if so, sampling is denied.

3. After the gross and tare weight data are collected, the net weight is automatically calculated. If any abnormalities occur during weighing or tare weight measurement, the system automatically notifies the real-time monitoring system, allowing monitoring personnel to handle the issue promptly and ensure normal system operation.

III. Unmanned Weighing System Features:

1. Automatically completes weighing, prints weight tickets, captures images, and records videos without manual intervention.

2. Automatically retrieves corresponding vehicle number, driver, cargo name, supplier, and consignee information via RFID cards.

3. An LED large screen display outside the scale house shows the weighing weight, allowing drivers to view relevant information.

4. The system features multi-level operation permission management to prevent accidental modification of original data. Only authorized personnel can change important parameters, and only super administrators can modify weighing data.

5. Supports image capture and video surveillance: When a vehicle stops steadily on the scale, the system automatically saves weighing data and captures images, which can serve as references for future analysis. The weighing process is also visually monitored via displays.

6. Supports manual weighing. In case of unexpected failures in unmanned weighing, manual weighing can be used.

7. Can generate daily and monthly reports of weighing data, as well as statistics for specific time periods. Reports and weight tickets can be custom-modified, meaning the software supports customized development.

8. Fast information collection: Enables rapid weighing, improves weighing efficiency, and eliminates queuing for weighing.

Simple and convenient operation: During vehicle weighing, there is no need to stop and submit forms as before, and scale house operators no longer need to input information into computers, saving valuable time for both parties and reducing the inconvenience of drivers getting out of vehicles and manual data entry by operators.
