1. Structural Composition: Consists of an automatically tilting basket (pot liner) and a jacketed pot body. For example, fine-hole baskets are suitable for small items like braised chicken feet, while large-hole baskets are ideal for bigger items like beef shank, ensuring even heating and easy separation of ingredients from the broth during discharge.
