2. Vehicle Management. All private vehicles must be parked in the dirty zone parking lot and are strictly prohibited from entering the gray or clean zones. Livestock transport vehicles must strictly adhere to the unidirectional flow principle, entering through the dirty zone gate, undergoing thorough cleaning and disinfection in the cleaning room, draining and air-drying in the gray zone until no water remains inside or outside the vehicle, then proceeding to the drying room. After drying, vehicles are parked in the clean zone parking area.

3. Material Management. All materials entering the cleaning and disinfection center must enter through the gray zone door of the material room, undergo fumigation disinfection for over 24 hours, and be retrieved from the clean zone door. The entire搬運(yùn) process must ensure that only one door is open at a time.

4. On-site Standardized Management. The cleaning and disinfection center must be strictly divided into dirty, gray, and clean zones. Detailed on-site standardized management protocols should be established based on the specific layout of the center and biosafety requirements, strictly implemented, and regularly inspected and reviewed by designated personnel.

Establishing an integrated cleaning and disinfection center outside the pig farm allows for the rapid, convenient, and effective creation of a specific "high-temperature + dry + clean" environment, in which most pathogenic microorganisms quickly become inactivated. Additionally, it helps build multiple layers of biosafety protection circles from the outside to the inside of the farm, gradually reducing the environmental pathogen load from the exterior to the production areas. Therefore, setting up a vehicle cleaning and disinfection center to enhance the farm's "transportation safety factor" is crucial. Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and drying all incoming vehicles can eliminate African swine fever virus and other pathogens before they enter the farm gates.

The establishment of a cleaning and disinfection center on farms is aimed at washing, disinfecting, and drying vehicles entering the pig farm, as well as cleaning and disinfecting accompanying personnel and items, which can rapidly and efficiently eliminate most pathogens. However, the management of the cleaning and disinfection center is the key to ensuring effective safety and prevention. Only by following standardized and regulated disinfection procedures and conducting strict post-disinfection inspections can a multi-layered biosafety protection circle, with the pig farm as the core and the cleaning and disinfection center as the barrier, be formed to effectively safeguard the farm's security.
