All raw materials required for production are independently produced by TISCO (Group), with the production site located at the Lingang Branch of TISCO (Group) Company. The finished products are tested by the Physical and Chemical Laboratory of TISCO (Group) Lingang Technical Center and come with a quality assurance certificate. The external packaging of the products uniformly adopts TISCO (Group) packaging for delivery. The company has passed TISCO (Group)'s assessments for safety production access, operational management standards, quality management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, environmental management systems, and the "Three Standards Integration" management training. It has integrated into the production management of composite plates, standardized, informatized, and refined enterprise management, fully introduced and promoted performance models, and adopted management concepts and methods such as Six Sigma (6S). The company has established and utilizes ERP, MES, and OA information systems. It has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and has been recognized as a "National AAAA Standardization Good Behavior Enterprise" in Shanxi Province. Leveraging TISCO (Group)'s strengths in smelting and the equipment and technical advantages of TISCO's medium and heavy plate rolling, the company continues to expand product research and development and production. It has promoted and ultimately achieved the application of hot-rolled composite plates in pressure vessels. Meanwhile, by introducing technology and talent, the company follows a green development path focused on energy conservation, consumption reduction, and a circular economy.
