Our testing center primarily provides product testing and certification services to external clients. Established in 2006, the laboratory is a CNAS and CMA-accredited third-party testing institution. It houses central laboratories including an electromagnetic compatibility anechoic chamber, high and low temperature environmental laboratory, damp heat environmental laboratory, temperature cycling laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, vibration laboratory, impact laboratory, IP protection level testing laboratory, salt spray laboratory, and electrical safety laboratory. The center is equipped with over 700 sets of instruments and employs more than ten testing engineers.

The testing center offers testing and certification services for 27 categories of electrical and electronic products, including information technology equipment, measurement and control equipment, rail transit equipment, automotive electrical equipment, programmable controllers, computers, electronic measuring instruments, photovoltaic products, wind power equipment, electrical relays, household appliances, industrial scientific and medical equipment, adjustable-speed electrical power drive systems, measuring relays and protection equipment, plastics, and electrical materials, covering more than 260 standards in total.

Services we provide:

1. Climatic environmental testing: high temperature testing, low temperature testing, constant damp heat and alternating damp heat testing, temperature cycling testing, temperature shock testing;

2. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing: radiated emission (disturbance) testing, conducted emission (disturbance) testing, electrostatic discharge immunity, radiated electromagnetic field testing, electrical fast transient/burst immunity testing, surge (shock) immunity testing, immunity to conducted disturbances induced by radio-frequency fields, power frequency magnetic field immunity testing, voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage variations immunity testing, harmonic currents, voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker, conducted disturbances at ports/terminal disturbance voltage, harmonic, interharmonic and mains signaling low-frequency immunity testing at AC power ports, ripple immunity testing at DC power input ports, power frequency variation immunity testing, damped oscillatory magnetic field immunity testing, oscillatory wave immunity testing, ring wave immunity testing, pulsed magnetic field immunity testing.

3. Mechanical environmental testing: vibration testing (random vibration, sinusoidal vibration), high acceleration shock testing, bump testing, jolt testing.

4. IP protection level testing and certification: dustproof testing, waterproof testing, IP65 and other IP protection level testing.

5. Electrical safety testing: insulation resistance, electric strength, leakage current, power adaptability, temperature rise testing, noise testing, dielectric strength, contact current, impulse voltage, etc.

The laboratory is located in Xicheng District, Beijing, and is affiliated with the China Instrument and Control Society (CIS) Institute of Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research of Machinery Industry. It is a third-party testing institution with the nature of a scientific research institute.
