The utilization value of mulberry branches, wood, bark, and other fiber-rich materials is increasingly high. After being crushed, they can be used as raw materials for mushroom cultivation. However, there are currently few specialized crushing devices on the market designed for these highly "tough" materials. Even if such equipment exists, the durability of the blades is often poor. To ensure robustness, the sharpness at high speeds is often compromised. If high-speed steel integrated blades are used, the cost becomes too high. Most blade designs are highly specialized and tailored for specific applications. The edge trimming and chamfering electric planer blade consists of a blade, pressure plate, screws, and a blade holder. The blade holder is composed of two parts: one part features a dual-cylinder structure with parallel cutting chord surfaces, and the other part is an organic connection of a truncated cone with parallel cutting chord surfaces, forming a combined blade holder with a polyline-shaped generatrix on the outer contour. A complete finger shape is processed, where the distance between teeth on the same tooth groove is twice the finger pitch of the workpiece, and the teeth on adjacent tooth grooves on the circumference are arranged in a staggered pattern.
