I. Introduction

ZBK380-Z Mining General-purpose Air Compressor Integrated Protection Device is widely used for safety protection and energy-saving operation of air compressor units in coal mines and non-coal mining industrial enterprises. It is developed through the integration of sensing detection technology, industrial control technology, and microcomputer control technology, featuring high intelligence, comprehensive monitoring, high reliability, advanced craftsmanship, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, low power consumption, and ultra-convenient maintenance.
II. Design Basis

Coal Mine Safety Regulations Article 434 (Protection of Air Compressor Equipment, Comply with the Following Provisions): (1) The exhaust temperature of screw air compressors shall not exceed 120 degrees, and temperature protection devices shall be installed to automatically cut off power and alarm in case of overtemperature; (2) The temperature inside the air receiver shall be maintained below 120 degrees, and overtemperature protection devices shall be installed to automatically cut off power and alarm in case of overtemperature.
