Underground Installation of Pump Motor Bearing Temperature and Vibration Monitoring

    Pumps operating in underground mines require high technical standards for protection devices. The motor monitoring system we provide is an explosion-proof bearing temperature and vibration monitoring device. The installation of such protection systems poses a challenge even for our technical team. Every time our technicians return from the field, we feel deep respect for mine technicians. The motor monitoring device primarily tracks temperature and vibration changes during motor operation. By analyzing the collected data, potential issues can be detected promptly, ensuring the safety of those dedicated workers.

Installation of Motor Sensors:
(1) The protection device must be installed in a suitable location.
(2) Both temperature and vibration sensors are magnetically attached for easy installation.
(3) Two temperature monitoring points are installed at the front and rear of the bearing.
(4) Two vibration monitoring points are installed horizontally and vertically on the bearing.
(5) The protection device can store monitoring data collected by the sensors.
(6) When abnormal data is detected by the sensors, the protection device analyzes it through the mainboard and issues corresponding commands. If a danger is identified, it triggers the alarm system and emergency shutdown function to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
