The main unit of this monitoring device internally consists of input and output switch interfaces, a high-precision measurement and control microprocessor, data memory, and buttons, among other components. The high-precision measurement and control microprocessor performs time-division detection and processing of data signals input from the device interface circuit. After data processing through the program, it outputs to the control circuit to complete the over-temperature and over-pressure protection for the air compressor and air receiver. This device can monitor the internal temperature of the air receiver in real-time during operation. The unit includes the main unit, temperature sensors, and a data processing system, which can detect the temperature of the compressed air in real-time. Once an abnormal temperature is detected, and the indicators of the digital display air receiver temperature and pressure detection points exceed the set temperature and pressure values, the protection device will immediately cut off the emergency stop circuit of the air compressor. Simultaneously, the built-in or external (optional) alarm will issue a warning, allowing staff to promptly detect and resolve the fault, thereby ensuring the safety protection of the air receiver. This protection device has strong anti-interference capabilities, is practical and reliable, making the work of staff safer and more dependable.

Functional Introduction of the Over-temperature and Over-pressure Protection Device:

● Temperature detection: used to monitor the surface temperature of the tank; outputs a warning signal if the tank temperature is too high. Pressure detection: used to monitor the internal pressure of the tank; outputs a warning signal if the tank pressure is too high. By monitoring abnormal operational data in real-time, it can promptly issue audible and visual alarms, thereby protecting the air compressor from damage caused by abnormal high-temperature exhaust.

● When the protection device detects abnormal temperature or pressure changes, it can send a shutdown command to the main unit, preventing damage to underground equipment due to high temperature and pressure, and reducing risks and economic losses to a controllable range.
