II. Design Basis

Coal Mine Safety Regulations, Article 432 (partial excerpt), Clause 3: Oil-lubricated air compressors must be equipped with oil cutoff protection devices or oil cutoff signal display devices. Water-cooled air compressors must be equipped with water cutoff protection devices or water cutoff signal display devices.
