Main Functional Configuration of the Air Compressor Air Receiver Over-temperature Protection Device:

(1) This protection device is equipped with functions for monitoring the temperature and pressure of single and multiple air receivers, as well as controlling output. When the temperature signal received by the monitoring device exceeds 120°C, it can immediately trigger an emergency shutdown of the air compressor.

(2) The protection device is configured with an offline button for maintenance. When offline, the device disengages from the emergency stop control of the air compressor, facilitating maintenance and debugging.

(3) When the protection device detects an over-temperature condition, it emits a buzzer alarm to alert the on-duty personnel, preventing the alarm from being overlooked.

(4) Utilizes implanted temperature measurement sensors.

(5) The multi-air receiver over-temperature protection device can be flexibly configured with different emergency stop control interfaces, making it suitable for various types of air receiver and air compressor pneumatic connection combinations, such as single air receiver with multiple compressors, multiple air receivers with multiple compressors in fully parallel, partially parallel, or completely independent pneumatic circuits.
