Requirement Communication: It is necessary to provide a detailed description of your requirements. Solution Design and Quotation: Based on the technical evaluation results, the supplier will design a customized solution. The solution includes the hardware components of the device (such as sensor types and quantities, control unit configuration, etc.), software functionality (such as parameter settings, alarm logic, etc.), and installation methods. Simultaneously, the supplier will provide a detailed quotation based on the solution, covering equipment costs, installation and commissioning fees, after-sales service, etc.

Contract Signing: After the customer confirms the customized solution and quotation, both parties will sign a contract. The contract clearly specifies important details such as the device's technical specifications, delivery timeline, and after-sales service terms.

Production and Manufacturing: The supplier will proceed with the production and manufacturing of the device according to the contract requirements and the customized solution. This involves procuring necessary raw materials and components, assembling hardware, and programming software. Throughout the production process, strict quality control standards are followed to ensure the device's performance and quality meet requirements.

Testing and Commissioning: After the device is produced, comprehensive testing and commissioning are conducted. This includes simulating actual working conditions to verify the proper functioning of over-temperature and over-pressure protection, ensuring the measurement accuracy of all sensors meets requirements, and confirming the correctness of the control unit's logic. For one-control-multiple devices, the coordinated control functionality among multiple devices is also tested.

Packaging and Delivery: Once testing is passed, the device is packaged and prepared for delivery. The supplier delivers the device to the customer according to the agreed delivery method (such as logistics transportation, on-site installation, etc.). Relevant technical documentation, such as user manuals, installation drawings, and maintenance guides, is also provided.

Installation and Training: If required, the supplier will arrange for technical personnel to perform on-site installation and commissioning at the customer's location. After installation, training is provided to the customer's operators to familiarize them with the device's operation methods, parameter settings, daily maintenance, and other relevant aspects.

After-Sales Service: After the device is delivered and put into use, the supplier provides after-sales service. This includes regular follow-ups, timely resolution of issues encountered during usage, and offering repair and maintenance services for the equipment. Depending on the contract terms, a warranty service is provided for a specified period.
