The air compressor air receiver over-temperature protection device meets regulatory requirements.

    The KZB-3 type air compressor air receiver protection device is developed by our company in accordance with the "National Coal Mine Safety Regulations - 2016 Interpreted Edition" and the "General Technical Requirements for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring Systems" - that is, the AQ standards. This device can provide real-time safety monitoring of excessive temperature in the air compressor air receiver, accurately and intuitively display the temperature, and provide audible and visual alarms.

Features of the Over-Temperature Protection Device

(1) Digital display of one temperature measurement value (can digitally display the temperature of the air receiver).

(2) Over-temperature alarm function (when the air receiver temperature exceeds the set temperature, the corresponding alarm indicator light turns on, and the alarm inputs high intensity).

(3) After horn alarm protection control output, the protection relay in the device outputs, controlling the air compressor to shut down.

(4) Offline function during debugging.

(5) Protection temperature can be set independently.

Analysis of High Temperature Causes at the Air Receiver Outlet:

(1) Malfunctions in the air compressor's air intake, discharge, and control pipeline components can cause over-temperature phenomena.

(2) High ambient temperature in the air compressor room increases the temperature inside the air compressor.

(3) Compressor head failure, wear and tear of the head leading to increased heat generation, causing high temperature in the air compressor.

(4) Blockage of the filtering device inside the air compressor reduces gas production, excessive load on the air compressor keeps it in an over-pressure state for a long time, and increased heat in the air compressor causes high equipment temperature.
