Analysis of Air Receiver Over-Temperature Protection：

(1) Frequent triggering of over-temperature protection can affect production efficiency. Especially in scenarios where the air compressor needs to run continuously for extended periods, such as in production workshops or metallurgical applications, frequent machine shutdowns can significantly disrupt production.

(2) Long-term frequent protection can shorten the lifespan of certain components. Many of these components are used in high-temperature and high-pressure areas of the air compressor. If abnormalities are detected, they should be replaced promptly. Otherwise, the machine may experience component failures due to overload, high temperatures, or other reasons, leading to malfunctions.

(3) Over-temperature protection can also reduce the energy efficiency of the air compressor. Frequent power interruptions and restarts cause periodic fluctuations in the motor load, which increases the motor's starting power and losses, ultimately raising the machine's energy consumption.

According to Article 434 of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations," the protection of air compression equipment must comply with the following requirements: The exhaust temperature of screw air compressors must not exceed 120°C, and the exhaust temperature of centrifugal air compressors must not exceed 130°C. Temperature protection devices must be installed to automatically cut off the power and sound an alarm in case of over-temperature. The temperature inside the air receiver should be maintained below 120°C, and it must be equipped with an over-temperature protection device that automatically cuts off the power and sounds an alarm in case of over-temperature.
