ZBK380 Air Compressor Full-Function Protection Device (Temperature, Pressure, Oil Cut-off, Motor Temperature and Vibration)

Air Tank Over-Temperature and Over-Pressure Protection: Monitors the temperature and pressure inside the air tank in real-time using temperature and pressure sensors. When the temperature or pressure exceeds preset safety thresholds, the protection device acts quickly, such as cutting off the air compressor's power supply and triggering audible and visual alarms to prevent serious accidents caused by over-temperature or over-pressure conditions in the air tank.

Air Compressor Oil Cut-off Protection: The oil cut-off protection function monitors the lubricating oil status of the air compressor. When there is insufficient lubricating oil, clogged oil lines, or oil pump failure leading to oil cut-off, the protection device detects it promptly and immediately stops the air compressor. Lack of oil increases friction between components, generating excessive heat and potentially causing component damage. Oil cut-off protection effectively prevents such situations.

Motor Bearing Temperature and Vibration Monitoring: Uses magnetic temperature and vibration sensors to monitor the operating condition of the motor bearings.
