Working Principle

Temperature Monitoring Principle: Typically uses thermocouple or thermistor sensors. Thermocouples are based on the thermoelectric effect, where two different metal conductors are connected at both ends to form a closed circuit. When temperatures differ, a thermoelectromotive force is generated, and temperature is derived by measuring this force. Thermistors rely on the property of metal materials where resistance changes with temperature, measuring resistance to reflect temperature.

Vibration Monitoring Principle: Uses vibration sensors to convert acceleration generated by vibration into electrical signals.

Main Functions

Real-Time Data Collection: Can collect temperature and vibration data of motor bearings in real-time at high frequencies, such as dozens of times per second or more.

Status Monitoring and Early Warning: Based on preset temperature and vibration thresholds, when data exceeds the normal range, the device immediately triggers audible and visual alarms and can notify relevant personnel via SMS, app push notifications, etc.

Data Analysis and Diagnosis: Analyzes and processes collected data, such as spectrum analysis and time-domain analysis, to determine if there are faults like wear or looseness in the bearings and provides diagnostic reports.
