Product Features
1. The standard power options for this drill rig are the Yuchai four-cylinder YC4D80 and the 30kW electric motor. It is categorized into Type A and Type B based on the use of 3-meter drill rods with diameters of Φ68mm or Φ76mm. It can also be further divided into models with a dry dust collector and those with reinforced travel motors.
2. The strength of all structural components has been enhanced, fully meeting the functional requirements of the original ZGYX-3500 drill rig.
3. The use of dual cycloidal motors to drive the rotation head reduces the failure rate and bulky size of the original ball motor, while significantly increasing the torque of the drill rig, allowing for a wider range of rock drilling diameters.
4. The independently developed high-performance wet air filter, combined with a dry air filter, forms a three-stage air filtration system, providing more comprehensive protection for the diesel engine.
5. The new housing design makes maintenance and operation of the drill rig very convenient and enhances its aesthetic appeal.
6. Optional dry dust collector device enables dust-free drilling, making it more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
7. Optional reinforced travel motor provides stronger climbing power and more reliable quality.
8. The independently developed dual cycloidal motor rotation head delivers powerful rotation and reduces the risk of rod jamming.
9. Standard reinforced travel motor ensures more powerful travel, stronger climbing ability, and lower failure rate.
10. The company's self-designed guide wheel and hydraulic tensioning travel system minimize the risk of track derailment. 11. All series of drilling rigs feature anti-counterfeiting marks, allowing for easy verification of authenticity.
