MFL-100 Energy-Saving Integrated Muffle Furnace Features: Heated from both sides and the top of the furnace chamber, ensuring uniform temperature distribution.
Double-layer furnace structure is stable; the furnace shell is made of cold-rolled and stainless steel plates with electrostatic spray coating. Keeps coal samples at a constant temperature during industrial analysis, meeting the requirements of GB/T 212-2008 "Industrial Analysis Methods of Coal." Uses vacuum fiber furnace chamber for excellent insulation, fast heating speed, energy saving, and power efficiency. Compared with traditional muffle furnaces, it saves 1/2 time and about 2/3 electricity.
The energy-saving integrated muffle furnace adopts an embedded operating system, highly integrated, truly realizing computerization and integration of the muffle furnace.
Color LCD display, touch operation, displays heating current, power, time, temperature, program number, program progress, and various real-time temperature rise curves, clear and intuitive.
MFL-100 Energy-Saving Integrated Muffle Furnace Accurate Temperature Measurement: Uses digital temperature sensors to compensate for the cold end of thermocouples; automatically corrects zero drift and gain errors of internal circuits; software automatically corrects thermocouple nonlinearity.
Soft start on power-up prevents high current impact on furnace heating elements; PID temperature control technology effectively extends the service life of heating elements.
