Product Introduction of ZWC-2 Borehole Gas Emission Initial Velocity Measuring Device
The ZWC-2 Borehole Gas Emission Initial Velocity Measuring Device is primarily used to measure the initial gas emission velocity index for predicting the risk of coal and gas outbursts in mining faces or for testing the effectiveness of outburst prevention measures. It can also be used to measure the natural gas emission volume from boreholes. The complete set of the ZWC-2 device consists of a hole sealer, measuring tube, measurement chamber tube, inflation hose, air pump, low-pressure tee, flow meter, and other components. The basic operation process is as follows: after drilling to the predetermined depth, the measuring device is inserted into the hole, and the air pump is used to inflate the hole sealer. Once expanded, it tightly adheres to the borehole wall, allowing the gas confined in the measurement chamber to flow through the measuring tube to the flow meter. The ZWC-2 device features a rigorous structure that maximizes the accuracy of the measured data. The materials used include high-strength elastic rubber, enabling sealing and measurement in larger diameter boreholes. Installation and fixation are achieved using clamps, making replacement more convenient.
