The material to be dewatered is fed into the hopper, where the juice extracted by the screw flows through the screen cylinder into a collection tray and is discharged via an outlet pipe. The working process of this twin-screw press is as follows: The feeding screw pushes the material from the hopper toward the pressing screw. As the screw pitch decreases and the shaft diameter increases, combined with resistance from the screen wall and the conical body, the liquid content (e.g., juice) is squeezed out. The extracted liquid flows through the screen holes and collects in a juice tray. The pressed residue is discharged from between the end of the screen cylinder and the conical body. A spring mechanism at the rear of the conical body allows adjustment of discharge resistance and residue outlet size, enabling control over the dryness of the pressed material. For models with capacities of 5, 10, and 20 T/H, the twin screws rotate in opposite directions, applying strong and uniform pressure on the material. The discharge cone is hydraulically controlled; adjusting the oil pressure alters the pressing effect and juice yield. This machine can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other materials, though effectiveness may vary depending on material properties.
