The Guided Emotional Counseling System is a high-tech emotional counseling product developed based on biofeedback principles. It detects heart rate through a heart rate monitor and integrates functions such as emotional counseling, guided relaxation,

emotional simulation, and stress relief, as well as sleep aid and pressure reduction, to assist counselors in psychological counseling work. It effectively helps individuals enhance their ability to control and manage emotions!

This system can be accessed through multiple login methods, including registered account login, default administrator account login, guest login, facial recognition login (optional), and fingerprint login

(optional)—five login methods to enter the system.

The system includes a 12.3-inch tablet system (with tablet stand): approximately 9.76mm thin metal body, about 860g lightweight, 8GB memory capacity, 256GB storage capacity,

12.3-inch tablet, 10-point touch control, Windows operating system, 1920*1280 high-definition screen, anti-glare.

1. Emotional Counseling: The system includes three heart rate-controlled games—Crystal Defense, Nail It, and High-Wire Walking. Users must wear collection devices and control their focus

and heart rate stability to successfully complete the games. After completion, the system generates corresponding game reports, all of which can be exported and printed.

2. Guided Relaxation: Includes no fewer than three training modules—eye movement training, breathing training, and auditory training. All training content is accompanied by background music, and users should strive to maintain a calm mindset during training.

3. Emotional Simulation: The system comes preloaded with 14 emotional expression states, such as happiness, anger, sadness, fear, and playfulness. Users can select corresponding emotions based on their current state for simulation. Repeated simulations of emotional states can effectively improve the emotional changes of clients.

4. Stress Relief: The system includes six memory game trainings—Beach Defense, Little Frog Catches Mosquitoes, Confident Bird, Button Frenzy, Little Li Flying Dagger, and Whack-a-Mole. Before starting any game,

users can view the game rules. After completing the training, game reports are generated, which include training performance, training score, duration, accuracy rate,

and training results.

5. Sleep Aid and Pressure Reduction: The system includes no fewer than 23 sleep aid and pressure reduction audio tracks, such as Rain on Banana Leaves, Night Insects Chirping, Red Clay Stove, Birdsong in the Forest, Waves Rolling Seashells, Raindrops on Leaves, Insects by the Stream, Distant Spring Thunder, Waterfall Splashing,

Seagulls Gliding, Whale Song at Dusk, Distant Train, Napping Cat, and Wooden Fish Tapping. Each audio track has a corresponding background image, and users can adjust settings such as background music volume and playback speed.
