PC transparent sheets are wave-shaped panels primarily made from polycarbonate (PC) resin engineering plastic, with added UV inhibitors and other chemical raw materials, using advanced co-extrusion technology. Product Features

Light Transmittance—Up to 90%.

Impact Resistance—Impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness.

Weather Resistance and UV Protection—One side of the product has a UV co-extrusion layer, which completely blocks harmful ultraviolet rays, providing excellent weather resistance. The side with the UV treatment layer must face the sun during installation.

Lightweight—The density of the product is only half that of ordinary glass, reducing costs for transportation, handling, installation, and support frameworks.

Flame Retardant—Does not promote the spread of flames and does not produce toxic gases. Classified as flame-retardant grade B according to national standard GB8624-2006.

Adaptability to Large Temperature Differences—Does not become brittle at -40°C and does not soften at 120°C. Its mechanical and physical properties remain largely unchanged in harsh environments.
