I. Principle of Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric:
Meltblowing is a filament stretching process. Polymer is extruded through linearly arranged small holes and forms fibers under the impact of high-speed hot air jets at a certain angle. These fibers are thinned by stretching or elongation, cooled by air, and form a porous flat web on a moving conveyor belt with vacuum suction.
