Applications:
Ethylene Glycol Diacetate (EGDA) is a high-boiling-point environmentally friendly solvent with strong solubility, good compatibility, faster drying than dimethyl dibasic acid ester (DBE), and can be used normally at lower temperatures. It features low odor, non-toxicity, and other characteristics.
Mainly used in industries such as coatings, inks, adhesives, and resins, it can fully or partially substitute high-boiling-point solvents like cyclohexanone, isophorone, CAC, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA), ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (BCS), and dimethyl dibasic acid ester (DBE). It improves leveling, adjusts the drying speed of paint films, and can also be used as a solvent for floor polishes, leather polishes, cleaning agents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and fragrances.
