Mobile Intelligent Control Dual-Axis Ventilation System for Greenhouse Roof Ventilation with Film Rolling Device

Ordinary film rollers and ventilation devices can only drive the film or curtain from one side of the greenhouse. When used in greenhouses with significant depth, the long rolling length and heavy load directly affect the film rolling operation and the lifespan of the roller, while also adversely impacting the stress conditions of the greenhouse frame. Existing technical shortcomings of single-output dual-axis film rollers and dual-axis ventilation devices await resolution by professionals. To address the limitations of current technology, the dual-axis film roller was developed. Its installation position can be located in the central area of the greenhouse, allowing simultaneous rolling or unfolding of the film or curtain on both sides. This changes the traditional method of installing the roller from only one side of the greenhouse, improves operational stability, reduces deformation of the rolling rod, and enhances the uniformity of stress distribution on the greenhouse frame.

With the implementation of this solution, the dual-axis film roller and dual-axis ventilation device, when installed in the central position of the greenhouse, drive the rolling rods on both sides through output shafts on both sides of the housing. This enables simultaneous rolling or unfolding of the film or curtain on both sides, reduces the length of the single-side rolling rod, minimizes deformation of the rolling rod, balances the stress on both sides of the roller, improves operational stability, extends the lifespan of the roller, and optimizes the stress conditions of the greenhouse frame.
