This gate is driven by a hoist for opening and closing, allowing water flow in only one direction (e.g., from upstream to downstream). It is commonly used in river diversion, reservoir discharge, or anti-backflow protection in wastewater treatment. For example, in urban water supply and drainage systems, it prevents sewage from flowing back into water source pipelines, ensuring water supply safety.
Installation and Maintenance
During installation, the gate must be hoisted into the groove as a whole, and the sealing surface gap must be adjusted to within 0.1mm through secondary concrete pouring.
