The winch-type fixed hoist is a mechanical device specifically designed for controlling the lifting and lowering of large hydraulic gates. It features strong load-bearing capacity and stable operation, making it widely used in water conservancy projects such as flood control, drainage, and hydropower stations.
Structural Composition
It mainly consists of components such as the motor, reducer, drum, steel wire rope, pulley block, and frame. The motor drives the drum to rotate, which winds or unwinds the steel wire rope to lift or lower the gate, achieving the opening and closing of the gate.
Types and Functions
Single Lifting Point: All components are integrated into a single frame, with a compact structure suitable for small and medium-sized gates.
Double Lifting Points: Two pulley blocks are symmetrically arranged and operate synchronously through mechanical devices, allowing for unilateral or bilateral drive, suitable for large gates.
Emergency Rapid Gate Closure: Equipped with additional devices such as centrifugal governors and DC electromagnets, it can complete gate closure within 2 minutes and limit the speed to 5m/min to prevent impact damage.
Installation and Maintenance
It must be installed on a flat and solid foundation, ensuring the body is vertical and aligned with the centerline of the guide pulley. Before operation, the reliability of components such as the steel wire rope and brake must be checked. During operation, personnel are prohibited from crossing the steel wire rope area.
