Structural Composition
Mainly consists of three parts: the gate leaf structure, embedded components, and hoisting machinery. The gate leaf includes the skin plate, support and travel system, and rubber waterstop system. Anti-Corrosion Process
Sandblasting is employed to achieve Sa2.5 cleanliness, followed by a hot-dip zinc coating with a thickness ≥120μm. The surface is then sealed with epoxy coal tar paint. This process provides corrosion resistance through both electrochemical protection (sacrificial corrosion of the zinc layer) and physical barrier effects, with a service life of 15–20 years. ?

Categorized by structure into fixed-wheel flat gates, radial gates, and integrated gate-hoist systems. Fixed-wheel flat gates are suitable for applications with heads under 8 meters, while radial gates are commonly used in large open-top projects.
