The sealing surface is made of copper alloy or rubber, achieving bidirectional water stoppage through a wedge mechanism with a gap ≤0.1 mm.

Primarily used for intercepting flow and regulating water levels in projects like reservoirs, rivers, and hydropower stations, they also serve functions such as diversion, confluence, and flow direction switching. Requires overall hoisting into the slot and adjustment of the sealing surface gap with secondary concrete pouring. Regular lubrication and anti-corrosion treatment are necessary for daily maintenance. Operation methods include manual, electric, or pneumatic, adaptable to various working condition requirements.
