Structural Features
Made of cast iron (such as HT200 gray cast iron or ductile iron), the main structure includes the gate frame, gate leaf, lifting seat, and sealing components. The gate frame serves as a sliding support structure and is fixed via secondary concrete pouring. The gate leaf adopts a flat or arched design (e.g., PGZ type), with cast iron borders and transverse stiffeners around the edges to enhance rigidity. The sealing system uses inclined iron or copper alloy inlays, combined with wedge devices to achieve bidirectional water-stop, with leakage controlled within 0.03-0.07 L/m·s.
Functions and Applications
Suitable for controlling water release from reservoir bottom outlets, bidirectional river cutoff, and bidirectional flow regulation in special geographical environments. It supports both manual and electric operation modes. Its bidirectional water-stop design meets the dual needs of irrigation and flood discharge. During installation, a slope within 30° must be maintained, and secondary pouring ensures tight sealing surface contact.
