HB1527 Color-changing Temperature Indicator Tape is primarily used for temperature rise warning in electrical and power applications. It can also be used for phase color differentiation in three-phase power systems.

Product Features
1. When the operating temperature rises to 70°C or above, it changes from its original color (red, yellow, green) to colorless and transparent. When the temperature drops below 70°C, it returns to its original color. This process can be repeated multiple times.
2. A three-in-one tape combining insulation, phase color identification, and temperature indication. It provides insulation and phase differentiation while indicating temperature.
3. Suitable for voltage levels from 1 kV to 35 kV.
4. For indoor use only.

Application Scope
1. Used for insulation wrapping at cable, busbar, and various conductor screw connection points. It changes color to indicate temperature under conditions such as excessive current, poor contact at connections, or high ambient temperature, promptly signaling potential serious safety issues for maintenance.
2. This product can replace temperature-indicating paints, waxes, and patches.

Usage Instructions
Wrap the tape with a 1/2 overlap at the location where temperature indication is needed to create a tight compression effect. The starting and ending points should be fully overlapped and wrapped.
