Developed based on the principle of flocculation and aggregation, this high-efficiency solid-liquid separation technology can effectively treat high-turbidity raw water with high particle content, mine wastewater, coal washing wastewater, sludge discharge water, and more. Low particle content in raw water reduces the probability of particle destabilization and aggregation during the coagulation process, making it more challenging to treat low-turbidity raw water and resulting in lower purification efficiency. Meanwhile, treatment techniques that involve adding turbidity substances such as kaolin and fine sand incur higher purification costs. Drawing on the principle of activated sludge return technology to increase raw water turbidity, the recycling of concentrated sludge from high-efficiency solid-liquid separation for treating low-turbidity water holds certain exploratory value and theoretical significance.
