1. Application:

ZKY-303 Small Heavy-Pressure Grinding Ultra-Micro Grinder series can be widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, pesticides, biology, cosmetics, food, feed, chemical industry, ceramics, and other industries for ultra-micro grinding of dry materials. It is particularly effective for fibrous materials (such as Chinese herbal medicine, Ganoderma, etc.), high-toughness materials (animal horns, cotton, etc.), and high-hardness materials (such as diamonds, ceramics, etc.).

2. Principle:

ZKY-303 Small Heavy-Pressure Grinding Ultra-Micro Grinder utilizes air separation, heavy-pressure grinding, and shearing to achieve ultra-micro grinding of dry materials. It consists of a cylindrical grinding chamber, grinding wheel, grinding track, fan, material collection system, etc. Materials enter the cylindrical grinding chamber through the feed port and are crushed by the grinding wheel moving along the grinding track in a circular motion, applying pressure and shearing. The crushed materials are carried out of the grinding chamber by the negative pressure airflow generated by the fan, enter the material collection system, are filtered through the filter bag, with air discharged and materials and dust collected, completing the grinding process.
