Product Introduction
    The WQ/ZM series lighting busway is a new product independently developed by our company based on absorbing advanced technologies from similar international products and tailored to China's specific conditions.
    The successful development of the WQ/ZM series lighting busway represents a major technological breakthrough in the lighting distribution systems of China's construction industry, offering users a brand-new power supply lighting system. It features quick installation, safety and aesthetics, flexible usage, and reliable power supply.
    Applicable locations: Indoor parking lots, supermarkets, large shopping malls, exhibition halls, stadiums, libraries, hospitals, stations, docks, airports, modern office buildings, tunnels, industrial plants, and other large-span industrial and public spaces for lighting power supply.
 
Product Features
    Easy and quick installation, no embedded parts required, no special structural requirements;
    Suitable for various lighting fixtures, allowing flexible placement of fixtures as needed;
    Fixtures are directly suspended below the busway, ensuring firmness, reliability, and an elegant appearance;
    Using branch connection plugs, power can be supplied to lighting at any position along the busway, and branch lighting fixtures can be installed vertically or at any angle;
    Can be installed along room walls without damaging the wall structure or affecting wall decoration;
    Easy to disassemble, saving time and effort, reusable, convenient for maintenance, economical and practical.
 
Lighting Busway Main Body
    1. The straight component shell is formed by a single drawing process from hot-dip galvanized steel plate, serving as the skeleton carrier of the lighting busway. The surface is coated with a silver-white high-corrosion-resistant VCI bimetallic composite coating, which offers 5 times the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanizing. The shell also functions as the protective grounding conductor (PE line).
    2. Built-in three-phase or single-phase insulated wires.
    3. Branch connection sockets with a pitch of one meter (standard type), non-standard types are available according to customer requirements.
    Lighting busway main body specifications: 16A, 25A, 40A, 63A, 80A. WQ/ZM-16, WQ/ZM-25, WQ/ZM-40, WQ/ZM-63, WQ/ZM-80 form the main body of the lighting busway. Used for power supply, support, and supplying power to lighting fixtures and socket boxes. Built-in insulated wires are available in three-phase or single-phase. Standard lengths are 1M, 2M, 3M, and non-standard lengths can be customized according to customer requirements.
 
Product Usage Environmental Conditions
    1. Ambient air temperature not higher than 40°C, with an average temperature measured over 24 hours not exceeding 35°C. The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -25°C.
    2. Altitude: The installation site's altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.
    3. Pollution degree: Not exceeding level 2 as specified in GB/T1408.1.
    4. Atmospheric conditions: Clean air, with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a high temperature of 40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, e.g., 90% at 20°C. Occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be noted.
    Note: The WQ/ZM series lighting busway cannot be installed or used outdoors, exposed to sunlight or rain; nor can it be used in environments with severe corrosive gases such as acidic conditions.
