H42X bottom valve is a one-way opening and closing valve that prevents medium flow. It is generally installed at the bottom end of the underwater suction pipe of a water pump to prevent the liquid in the pump pipe from returning to the water source. It functions to allow inflow only and not outflow. The valve cover has multiple water inlets and reinforcing ribs, making it less prone to clogging. H42X Bottom Valve Structure and Principle: H42X bottom valve consists of components such as the valve body, valve disc, valve cover, bushing, and sealing ring. Water from the source enters the valve body through the valve cover; under the pressure of the fluid, the valve disc opens to allow water flow. When the pump stops, the pressure in the outlet pipe quickly closes the valve disc, preventing the liquid from flowing back to the source, thus ensuring smooth water pumping and saving water energy loss.
