Design Standards: ASME B16.34, API 6D, GB, GOST, DIN, BS, etc.

Sealing Structure: Double-line sealing valve seat, which stabilizes the valve sealing. This results in a low friction coefficient of the valve seat and a small operating torque of the valve.

Handle Indicating Valve Switch Status: The valve stem head adopts a flat square structure, ensuring no error in connection with the handle, thus aligning the handle with the flow direction of the ball. When the handle is parallel to the valve pipeline, the valve is open; when perpendicular, the valve is closed.

Locking Device: To prevent unintended valve operation due to misoperation or unpredictable pipeline vibrations, locking holes are provided at the fully open and fully closed positions, allowing the valve to be locked with a padlock. This feature is particularly useful for valves installed outdoors or in production lines handling flammable media such as petroleum and chemical products.

Valve Stem Anti-Blowout Structure: When the pressure in the valve cavity rises, the pressure in the middle cavity may push the valve stem out. To prevent this, a shoulder is provided at the lower part of the valve stem, which is installed from inside the valve body to prevent the stem from blowing out. This design also facilitates packing replacement. In the event of a fire, the medium pressure will force the valve stem flange into tight contact with the upper sealing surface of the valve body, preventing significant leakage from the damaged packing area and providing instant sealing.

Anti-Static Design: When operating the valve, friction between the ball and the valve seat generates static electricity, which accumulates on the ball. To prevent electrostatic sparks, an anti-static device is installed on the valve to discharge the static electricity generated during operation. This design effectively prevents accidents when the valve is used with low-ignition-point media such as gasoline and natural gas.

Middle Flange (Connection Between Valve Body and Left Body) Leak-Free Structure: The connection between the valve body and the left body is sealed with a gasket. To prevent leakage due to fire, high temperature, or vibration, the design ensures metal-to-metal contact between the valve body and the left body, forming a fixed spigot flange to eliminate leaks.

Fire-Safe Structure: In the event of an accidental fire, non-metal materials such as the valve seat and packing may be burned, potentially exacerbating the fire due to significant medium leakage. The fire-safe structure of the valve prevents major leakage. After a fire, all leakage points (ball and valve body, valve stem and valve body, middle flange) are designed for metal-to-metal contact, meeting fire safety requirements. For example, if the valve seat is burned, the ball will directly contact the metal surface of the valve body under pressure, preventing significant leakage from the damaged valve seat.

ISO5211 Connection Flange: Complies with the standard ISO5211 connection flange, allowing customers to easily configure electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators according to project requirements.
