The resistance value, which determines the power, can be adjusted and controlled through the thickness, width, and geometric shape of the film. Zhuohui PI heating films can be customized according to different requirements, offering excellent insulation strength, superior electrical resistance, high thermal conduction efficiency, and a long service life. Their lifespan is 5 times that of traditional PET heating films and wire heating elements.

PET Heating Film: Also known as insulated film heaters, these are made by sandwiching conductive ink and special alloy current-carrying strips between two polyester films using printing and thermal bonding techniques. This forms a specific specification resistive film with a thickness of about 0.10mm. When current passes through the film, it emits infrared heat, creating a thermal radiation source with an operating temperature ≤250°C. Hence, it is also called low-temperature radiant heating film or light wave warm card. Zhuohui heating films consist of etched foil elements with a thickness of 0.0006 inches or 0.00015 inches, encapsulated between two layers of polyimide film (PI) and 0.001-inch FEP adhesive. These flexible heating films come in various shapes, sizes, power ratings, current capacities, and surface temperature designs.
