Product Features

High-purity nano silica is prepared by plasma vapor-phase combustion method, featuring high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, clean surface, no residual impurities, low bulk density, easy dispersion, and strong reflection of ultraviolet, visible, and infrared light by small nano silica particles. The vapor-phase method yields a clean surface, reduced soft agglomeration of nanoparticles, and good compatibility with organic polymer materials.

Product Applications

1. Silicone rubber, room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (low moisture content), silicone gel;

2. Sealing rings, gaskets, oil pipelines, insulators, powdered tablet preparations, artificial organs, infusion tubes, latex nipples, and inks;

3. Used as a resin thickener, thickener for synthetic lubricants, and thixotropic agent for electronic components;

4. Used as a reinforcing agent for silicone rubber, transparent artificial organs, artificial medical silicone rubber, etc.;

5. Can be used for matting and thickening of coatings, anti-adhesion of resins, adsorption of printing media, surface treatment of leather, etc. It improves the physical and mechanical properties of resins in a wet state, provides good accelerated dispersion and anti-settling effects, and significantly enhances the gloss of the coating film, achieving excellent matting results.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidation and agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness. Packaging quantities can be customized according to customer requirements, with options for sub-packaging.
