Main Features

Anhui Zhonghang Nano produces nano zirconium hydroxide using special processes and nanomembrane purification technology. The product features high whiteness, pure crystal phase, low magnetic metal impurities (≤50ppb), low moisture content, and stable chemical properties. Nano zirconium hydroxide is a white amorphous powder with small particle size, large specific surface area, and high activity. It is applied in lithium manganate, lithium cobaltate, and lithium iron phosphate.

Application Fields

Nano zirconium hydroxide is widely used in electroplating, pigments, dyes, glass fillers, catalysts, enamel, ceramics, refractory materials, electromagnetic materials, oxygen sensors, papermaking, leather, rubber, and as an intermediate in the production of other zirconium products. It serves as an additive for battery cathode materials; primarily used in the preparation of zirconium and zirconium compounds, as well as fillers, catalysts, deodorants, and pigments in industries such as plastics, rubber, and ion exchange resins. It is used as an analytical reagent and in the preparation of chromium compounds and pigments; also employed as an intermediate for other zirconium products.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in aluminized bags with heat sealing. It should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment and not exposed to air for extended periods to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
