II. Application Information:

Jianda Paste Synthetic Latex 2195 (2195-3) is applied by roller coating after dilution to the required solid content.

Heat Setting/Drying: Drying/heat setting time and temperature depend on the type of drying and heat setting machinery used.

III. Mechanical Stability:

Jianda Paste Synthetic Latex 2195 (2195-3) has good mechanical stability, excellent processing performance, and can be used in combination with other vinyl acetate or acrylic emulsions.

V. Storage Conditions:

The product should be stored in a sealed container, protected from freezing and high temperatures. Whenever possible, it should be used within six months.

Usage Instructions:

1. Dilute with appropriate warm water according to the required fabric stiffness, then impregnate and apply the adhesive.

2. The fabric to be coated should be clean and dust-free.

3. Adjust the amount of water added based on the desired hardness of the product; less water results in higher hardness.

4. After dilution, stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity. Filter if necessary before applying the sizing.

5. Determine the amount of adhesive applied based on the material and desired hardness.

6. Prepare and use immediately to avoid deterioration due to contamination from prolonged storage.

Recommended normal storage temperature is between 10 - 35℃.
